Mattresses uses Stichbonded Napa
This is a non-woven fabric produced in Maliwatt type looms,
made up of brushed fibres which are prepared in parallel or are entwined with
securing thread of polyester 100%, viscose 100% or mixed. The Stichbonded (Napa)
is thermo fixed, whereby obtaining physical-mechanical properties which make
easy and extend the performance of the different finishing techniques.
Properties: high longitudinal resistance; different gauges (G18-G22)
of a weight between 140/190 gr; for white and 150 gr. for the rest of de Pantone
colours; non allergic, non irritant.
Finishes: brushes on one or double-faced; colours a la carte
(Pantone); different finishing’s: manufactured soft, middle, normal, strong or
double; water repellent treatment (Scotch guard), calendared; “Sanity”
Certificate, guarantee control of the non-mite immunity; different widths, from
320 cm. we adapt to the necessity of the client; cut in pieces, trimmings;
allows prints and plastic treatment.
Mattresses uses Spunbonded Texpun
This is a non-woven fabric made by Reifenhäuser machines, made
with continuous filaments of polypropylene 100% (PP) or polyester 100% (PET) all
over and thermically welded by the calender process or Reicofil method (the most
advanced Spunbonded process in the world).
The PP or PET starting from its
granular form, forms a veil which joins through the calender with a flat
cylinder and an embosser which determines the final design of the non-woven
fabric.
Properties: high longitudinal and transversal resistance; waterproof,
vapour proof and air proof; resistant to acids, organic and alkaline dissolvent;
Weight-between 15 gr/m2 and 130gr/m2; large colours range;
non-allergic, non-irritant; adaptability to the different areas of
application.
Finishes: antistatic; flameproof-Complying with the most strict rules.
M1; hidrofilico-Breaking the superficial tension of the non-woven fabric, one
obtains a smooth product which allows liquids to pass through; U. V. –Stabilized
against ultra violet rays. Indicated for products exposed to sunlight; low
calendered. Special for laminates which are used in the building industry.
Mattresses uses Needlepunch
The Needlepunch is a non-woven fabric made of fibres of various
lengths, brushed and joined mechanically inderting tooth needles which make the
entanglement of the fibres easy. During this process, the non-woven fabric is
thermo-fixed or calendered.
Properties: great resistance; good cushioning; heavier than the
majority of non-woven;
Finishes: different weight and composition.
